Welcome to Cobblers Cartel & Company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline how you may use our website and purchase our products. By placing an order or browsing our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Cobblers Cartel & Company specializes in handcrafted, luxury footwear and leather goods. Each piece is made with care by skilled artisans, ensuring quality and timeless style.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website or official sales channels.

  • Full payment (or required deposit) must be made at the time of ordering.

  • All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 7–10 working days after order confirmation.

  • Custom or bespoke orders may take longer depending on specifications.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes, payable by the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase.

  • Quality Issues: If your product has a defect, notify us within 10 days of receiving it. We’ll craft and deliver a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Size Issues: If your order doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 10 days. A new pair will be made for you.

  • Replacement Delivery: Once your claim is approved, replacements are delivered within 7 working days.

  • Conditions: Products must be unused and returned with original packaging. Refunds are not available; we offer replacements only.

5. Product Craftsmanship

  • Each product is handmade. Slight variations in color, finish, or texture are natural and part of the craftsmanship—these are not considered defects.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, text, and logos on our website are the property of Cobblers Cartel & Company. They cannot be copied, reused, or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

  • Our responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the product as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

8. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected (such as your name, address, and contact details) is used only for processing and delivering your order. We do not sell or misuse customer data.

9. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be canceled or changed before production begins.

  • Once a bespoke or custom order is in production, cancellation is not possible.

10. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on our website and will apply to future orders.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
